Our wildly popular Honey Flagon showcases 8oz of natural, healthy bounty from our honeybees and is always re-purposed in the most interesting ways once the honey is gone. Every single ounce is 100% raw with just a couple steps from hive to home: First is extraction and filtering out the big bits from the hive itself, followed by a cycle in the filter tanks at low and slow temps for two days to let sediments settle and clarity finish, then we bottle. Because it is unpasteurized our raw honey could crystallize faster than what you’ll find on the grocery shelf, specifically in the colder months.
